Supported a £50m charitable trust to develop their strategy and an associated business plan at a time of organisational change. Facilitated a senior leadership team workshop and led initial project planning.

Funding and bid writing
Provided long-term support to a charity, helping to secure multi-year public sector contracts. Overseeing the income pipeline, writing funding applications and contract bids, and monitoring contract portals.

Completed an organisational review for a voluneer-led charity, with key recommendations based on sector best practice, the Governance Code and Charity Commission guidelines. Provided the team with a clear and practical action plan for next steps.

Devised and delivered training on Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging for a Trustee Board, in line with the Governance Code and current best practice recommendations. Provided the board with audit templates and an action plan.

Theory of Change + Project Evaluation
Facilitated a Theory of Change session for a new team of probation staff, and followed up with a full project evaluation.

Provided copy-writing support to prepare a high profile report for external publication, on behalf of a policy and influencing charity
